Get strong.
Stay coached.
Coached strength classes every weekday on a floor built for lifting, with a coach beside you for every rep. First time under a barbell or chasing a new PB, there's a place for you.
A different focus
every day.
The week is split so each day works one area properly: legs Monday, upper body Tuesday, Olympic lifting Wednesday, glutes and hamstrings Thursday, arms Friday and full body Saturday. Come on your days and the program still covers the whole body.

Strength training FAQs
Do I need lifting experience?
No. Every strength class is coached: the coach demonstrates each movement and gives easier or harder options, so complete beginners and experienced lifters train side by side.
Will lifting weights make me bulky?
Not by accident. Building a lot of size takes years of specific training and eating. For most people, regular strength training means getting stronger, moving better and feeling more confident.
How often should I strength train?
Australia's physical activity guidelines recommend muscle-strengthening activity on at least 2 days a week. Our memberships start at 2 sessions a week, and most members train 3 or 4 times.
What's the difference between Leg Day and Lower Day?
Leg Day (Monday) is quad-focused lower-body strength. Lower Day (Thursday) targets the glutes, hamstrings and core. Together they cover the whole lower body.
Do you teach Olympic lifting?
Yes. Oly Lifts runs Wednesday at 5am and 6pm and breaks the Snatch, the Clean and the Jerk into drills and progressions, for beginners through to experienced lifters.
