This website doesn't ask you for personal information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical details (such as your IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and running.
3. Bookings and memberships
When you book a class, claim a trial or join, you do it through Mindbody or our app, which runs on Mindbody. You give us details such as your name, contact details, emergency contact and any health information you choose to share so we can train you safely. Payments are processed by our booking and payments provider; we don't store your card details.
We use this information to manage your bookings and membership, keep you safe while training, and contact you about your training.
4. Who we share it with
We share your information only with the services that help us run the studio, such as Mindbody for bookings and payments, and where the law requires it. We don't sell your personal information.
5. Marketing
We only send you news and offers if you've agreed to it, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
6. Photos and video
We sometimes take photos and video in the studio and at events, and may share them on our website and social media. If you'd rather not be included, tell a coach or email us and we'll respect that.
